Create extraction templates tailored to your vendors. Define custom field names, specify which data to extract, and set validation rules. Templates automatically match invoices by vendor, eliminating repetitive configuration. Edit templates anytime through the intuitive template editor.

Choose your export format: Excel spreadsheets with formatted tables, CSV for universal compatibility, JSON for modern APIs, or XML for legacy systems. All formats include complete invoice data — header fields, line items, totals, and custom extractions. Additional formats and integrations coming soon.
